Online Renewals

Electronic Payments for License Renewals and Fees are now being accepted!

This does not guarantee nor provide automatic license renewal - renewal applications and continuing education hours must still be submitted and verified. 
​Upon verification of application, CE's and payment(s), your renewed license will be mailed.

Electronic Payments are processed through the WV State Treasurer's Office (WVSTO),  processing fees are automatically paid to WVSTO:

Payment by Check: no associated fees, unless returned ($15.00)
Payment by Debit/Credit Card: 2.25%

​​When license renewal requirements are postmarked after July 1st, the licensee will be subject to a late fee and after July 31st, an additional reinstatement fee.  After a lapse of two (2) years, a license may be issued or reinstated only after the former certificate holder, subsequent to the lapse, has fulfilled all other requirements of licensure as set forth in WV Code Section 30-16-15(e) and/or has passed the National Special Purposes Examination (SPEC) for Chiropractic.
