Persons licensed to practice Chiropractic under the laws of any other state, territory or the District of Columbia having equivalent requirements and extending like privileges to practitioners of WV, may in the discretion of the Board be licensed to practice in WV without a written examination.
However, no license may be issued until the applicant has completed satisfactorily an oral jurisprudence exam, an interview with the Board members, and has paid the examination fee required by the Board. |
